We process your personal data for the following purposes:
The Waiting List & Launch: To keep you informed via email or WhatsApp about our launch, exclusive access and product updates. For this we use your name and email address or phone number. This only happens with your explicit consent.
Order Processing: If you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment details to process your order and keep you informed of its progress.
Customer Service: To answer questions you send us via email or WhatsApp.
Legal Obligation: Data we need for our tax returns (such as invoice details).
3. What Data Do We Collect?
Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following data: first and last name, address details, phone number (if provided for WhatsApp updates or delivery), email address, and IP address and data about your activities on our website (via Vercel/Shopify analytics).
4. Third Parties (Processors)
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we do use third-party services to provide our services. We have agreements with these parties to safeguard your privacy.
Shopify: Our webshop runs on Shopify's systems. Your data is stored on Shopify's servers (within and outside the EU, with appropriate security measures).
Vercel: Our website is hosted by Vercel. They process technical data (such as IP addresses) to guarantee the security and speed of the site.
Payment Providers: For processing payments (iDEAL, Credit Card, etc.) via the Shopify platform.
Delivery Services: (Such as PostNL/DHL) receive your address details to deliver your package.
5. WhatsApp & Communication
When you sign up for updates via WhatsApp, your phone number will only be used for communication from Sacré about our collection and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by simply sending a message back or contacting us.
6. Retention Period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. We keep customer data related to orders for 7 years (tax retention obligation). We keep registrations for the waiting list/newsletter until you unsubscribe.
7. Security
We take security measures to limit abuse and unauthorized access to personal data. Our entire website uses a secure SSL connection (the lock in the browser), and our databases at Shopify are strictly secured.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have various rights: Access: You have the right to see what data we have about you. Correction: If your data is incorrect, we will adjust it. Deletion: You can ask us to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten"), insofar as this is not contrary to legal obligations (such as the Tax Authorities). Objection: You can object to the use of your data for marketing.
